In December 2023, Gondor received the exciting news that a meticulously crafted ice cream filling production line had been successfully sold to Cameroon. This is another important achievement in our international market expansion.

Project Background

In January 2023, a customer from Cameroon chose Gondor among numerous suppliers. After understanding the customers’ needs, we recommended an ice cream filling production line, including an ice cream cone machine, pulping machine, homogenizer, aging machine, continuous freezer and filling machine. After fully understanding the equipment parameters and functions of the entire production line, the customer personally visited the factory in China in December and paid for the entire production line.

January 2023: Inquiry

In January, a customer from Cameroon sent an online inquiry. Through communication, we understood the customer’s needs, explained the product features, and developed corresponding design plans, striving for excellence in every aspect.

December 2023: Visiting Factories and Achieving Cooperation

In December, through the continuous efforts of the salesperson, the customer decided to conduct on-site inspections at the Chinese factory. The company also provides invitation letters to customers to arrange accommodation and meals. The customer’s strong trust in Gondor and satisfaction with the equipment ultimately led to this cooperation.

The successful sale of the machine to Cameroon not only garnered our company a good reputation in the local market, but also laid a solid foundation for further expanding our international business scope.
