Good news! The pellet machine production line designed and manufactured by Gondor for the Mexican chemical laboratory has been successfully delivered and put into use. The project was a complete success.

Description of the Mexico Pellet Machine Production Line Project

The customer has strict requirements for the machine production line as it is to be used in a chemical laboratory. In our communication with customers, we gained a deeper understanding of their production needs and goals. We provided detailed information on the entire production line, which includes crushers, mixers, granulators, and cooling machines. We received inquiries from customers in November 2023 and carried out production, transportation, and installation from December to February of the following year.

Requirement communication

In November, the customer’s agent sent an inquiry and we recommended the pellet machine production line after understanding the customer’s needs. In the initial consideration of the volatility of chemical elements, we hoped that the customer would send samples to the factory for testing. And finally added relevant accessories according to the customer’s needs, such as dust-proof cloth bags at the machine connections in response to the problem of excessive dust.
Our team approached every aspect with a high sense of responsibility and professionalism. The salesman gathered detailed information that customers care about from their Chinese agency, and finally successfully secured the order.

Production and Delivery

In December, production of machinery to be delivered began. Depending on the type of equipment, it takes several weeks to one or two months of production time. We conducted production and quality testing in accordance with relevant safety standards, and arrange shipment.

Transportation and Installation

After delivery in February of the following year, we provided video guidance for installation. Professional engineers remotely guided the testing and adjustment to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
