Project Description of Swiss Meat Patty Production Line

In October 2023, upon receiving the customer’s inquiry, we meticulously designed the production line layout based on their diverse needs for meat patty production. From precise control of the meat patty production line to the collaborative operation of supporting equipment, every step was communicated with customers in detail. Production, transportation, and installation were completed from November to March of the following year.

Needs Understanding and Personalized Design

In October, the Swiss client contacted the Gondor salesperson. After understanding the customer’s needs, we actively communicated about details, including the machine voltage, the shape and size of the molds, and the softness and hardness of production raw materials. According to the customer’s production requirements, 7 sets of molds have been customized.

Production, Transportation, and Installation

One month after the customer made the payment, we completed production and quality testing according to high-quality standards and arranged for shipment. In March 2024, the customer successfully received the machine and put it into use. Gondor provides video and professional engineers for remote installation guidance and equipment debugging. The customer is very satisfied with its operational performance and our service.
